Audacy CEO greets Royal Highnesses of Luxembourg

Audacy welcomed Luxembourg's Crown Prince Guillaume, Princess Stéphanie, and Deputy Prime Minister Etienne Schneider on a private tour of Silicon Valley's newspace ecosystem. The visit allowed Luxembourg’s top economic officials to build relationships with companies that would benefit from partnerships with Luxembourg’s leading banking, steel, and telecommunications industries. In 2016 the country’s government and top banking institutions invested €25 million ($26.5 million) into space resources, and aerospace now represents a significant sector of Luxembourg’s economy.

As well as demonstrating our technology, Audacy joined other space companies at NASA Ames Research Center on a panel on "Developing New Markets in Space". As line-of-sight and spectrum constraints drive customers away from traditional ground station models, continuous and real-time connectivity will rapidly become the gold standard in satellite communications.

As Audacy builds out facilities around the globe, this collaboration between Luxembourg and Silicon Valley provides a pathway for Audacy to build strong relationships with space-focused strategic partners worldwide.
